The super soft waistband reminds you of what's additionally good for you: chocolate, yoga, and a cup of tea. On the panty you'll find words like: bath, couch, yoga, chocolate, meditation, stretch, pleasure and breathe.
Hidden inside the panty are two invisible pockets for the heating pad: for relaxation of the lower abdomen or lower back. If you already have a heating pad at home and don't need any more, you can now optionally purchase the Brief Hugs with or without an integrated heating pad and buy each additional separately here.
You can heat the pad several times a day and simply insert and remove it without having to take off your panties.
The period underwear Brief Hugs holds up to three tampons of liquid while feeling completely dry. This makes it ideal for your medium to heavy menstrual period days. tips ooia heating pad
You can heat the heating pad of your Brief Hugs either in hot water for 4-5 minutes or in the microwave at a maximum of 800 watts for an initial 10 seconds and then another 5 seconds if required.
The gel in your heating pad is not toxic. So if the heating pad breaks, you don't have to worry, but can simply dispose of it in the waste.
Please do not heat the heating pad in the oven. Remove the heating pad before you wash your panties.
By the way, the heating pad can also be refrigerated without any problems, protecting a cesarean scar from pressure and friction from the waistband, as well as cooling it.
We use silver chloride to inhibit bacteria and odors. The skin compatibility has been confirmed by OEKO-TEX. EU Regulation No. 528/2012: Biocidal active ingredient is silver chloride. No nanoparticles are used.

ooia is made of carefully selected, specialized fabrics, manufactured in Europe. All fabrics are certified tested for harmful substances. In addition, our wool comes from merino sheep that are treated fairly (mulesing free)
Some raw materials which enter our fabrics cannot be sourced from Europe, as this is not possible for climatic reasons.

It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your ooia. Therefore, returns are possible: you just have to return ooia within 90 days (unworn, of course) and pay the postage for the return.

how to care for your ooias
1. Put your ooias in a laundry net together with similarly coloured items and put them in the washing machine at 40°C on an easy-care cycle (color detergent without bleach).
2. Ironing is taboo, just hang your ooia on the clothesline as usual and it will soon be ready for use again

How many and when you use ooia period panties depends entirely on your needs - your preferences, your plans, the intensity of your bleeding, and many other factors. To completely cover one period, you will need about 5 ooia period panties - assuming you wear one at night, one during the day, and wash the used panties after two days.
The ooia period underwear is designed to hold 1-6 tampons or 10-30ml of fluid, depending on the model. How many and when you use ooia period panties depends on your needs - your preferences, your plans, the intensity of your bleeding, and many other factors. There is no one size fits all solution. If your period is light to medium, you can most likely use ooia period underwear without additional period products. If you bleed very heavily, you may want to use additional protection (tampon, cup).
If you treat ooia period underwear well, it will retain its full antibacterial effectiveness for around 2 years . After that, you can of course continue to use it as "normal" underwear - although studies show that underwear is rarely used for longer than two years. But we are happy if ooia is used for longer.
