Are ooia period bikinis and period underwear suitable for swimming?
Unfortunately, neither our period beachwear nor regular ooia period underwear is suitable for staying in the water or swimming: the absorbent membrane can soak up water and then no longer absorb other liquids such as blood. On the beach, however, it reliably protects you from leaks and can absorb up to three tampons' worth of liquid.
