What is your size in ooia underwear?
ooia's sizes are completely normal. However, there may be deviations in individual products. Please refer to the "Fit" section on the product pages.
If you are still unsure which size fits you, simply measure your hips and compare it with our size chart. The size chart is intended as a guide.
The best way to measure your hip circumference is horizontally at the widest point of your buttocks. The measuring tape should be flexible and fit snugly, but not cut in.
What is your size for the ooia nursing bra?
The best way to measure your chest circumference is horizontally at the fullest part of your chest. The measuring tape should be flexible and fit snugly, but not cut in. Then measure your underbust circumference under your chest. The measuring tape should fit snugly here. Your size is determined by measuring your chest circumference and underbust circumference.
The ooia nursing bra is suitable for all breasts up to cup size C. If you have cup size D and larger, we recommend the ooia nursing bra with large cups.
If you are between two sizes, we recommend that you order the bra one size larger.
How to measure yourself correctly
Underbust circumference:
- place the measuring tape horizontally under the breast line
- breathe out and pull the measuring tape tight
- maintain an upright posture, looking forward
- read the centimeters while standing upright
Chest circumference:
- wear a bra without push-up, preferably an unpadded one

What is your size for the ooia Feel Dry Top?
The ooia Feel Dry Top is a normal fit. You can simply order your usual top size.
The Feel Dry Top is about hip-length so that you can tuck it into your pants.
Please remember that the Feel Dry Top should fit tightly - so if you are between two sizes, it is better to order the smaller size!

How do you create your ooia period kit?
Your period is unique. Therefore, your ideal set of ooias is also unique.
How many ooias you need depends on many factors: the strength of your bleeding, the length of your period, whether you want to use ooia alone or in combination with other hygiene products and how often you want to wash.
To cover the entire period, most women* will need five to six ooias.
The logic behind it is: one ooia for the day and one for the night - after two days you wash them and while the first four ooia pants are drying, you put on the two that you haven't used yet. Then you start again from the beginning.
Basically, depending on the model, an ooia has a capacity of 1-6 tampons/10-30ml.
If you bleed more in one day, you can either use more than two per day or wear ooia together with a tampon or menstrual cup.
You will get by with fewer ooias if, for example, you live in a household that does laundry every day. Only you can determine the best number for you.

That is really easy.
Put it on in the morning, wash it in the washing machine at 40 degrees after wearing, air dry and put it back on. Done.

How do I know the absorbency of ooia products?
We have added small drop symbols for you that indicate the suction strength.
One drop means the absorbency of 1-2 tampons. The ideal product for your lighter period days.
Two drops means an absorbency of about 2 tampons. The ideal product for your light to medium period days.
Three drops mean an absorbency of about 2-3 tampons. The perfect product for your medium to heavy period days.
Five drops mean an absorbency of about 6 tampons. The product is therefore ideal for your heavy to extra heavy period days.
