What is my size for ooia period underwear?
ooia's sizes are completely normal. However, there may be deviations in individual products. Please refer to the "Fit" section on the product pages.
If you are still unsure which size fits you, simply measure your hips and compare it with our size chart. The size chart is intended as a guide.
The best way to measure your hip circumference is horizontally at the widest point of your buttocks. The measuring tape should be flexible and fit snugly, but not cut in.
What's my size for the ooia nursing bra?
It's best to measure your bust horizontally at the fullest part of your chest, using a flexible tape measure that is snug but doesn't cut in. Ideally, wear a non-padded, non-push-up bra.
Measure your underbust while exhaling, directly under the bust, with the tape measure held firmly. For both measurements, ensure you stand upright and read the centimeters at eye level.
The ooia nursing bra is suitable for all bust sizes up to cup size C.
If you are between two sizes, we recommend ordering the bra one size larger.
How do I use ooia period underwear?
It's really simple.
Get dressed in the morning, wash at 40 degrees in the washing machine after wearing, air dry and put on again. Done.
The ooia period underwear is also rinsed with cold water before washing. For washing, we recommend our ooia Washbag to protect the high-quality materials of your ooias when washing them in the washing machine.

How do I know the absorbency of ooia products?
We have added small drop symbols for you that indicate the suction strength.
One drop means the absorbency of 1-2 tampons. The ideal product for your lighter period days.
Two drops means an absorbency of about 2 tampons. The ideal product for your light to medium period days.
Three drops indicate an absorbency equivalent to approximately 2-3 tampons. The perfect product for your medium to heavy period days.
Four and a half drops equals an absorbency of approx. 6 tampons. This product is therefore ideal for your heavy to extra heavy period days.
Five drops means an absorbency of up to 10 tampons. The Seamless Ultimate is the strongest period panty ever. Thanks to our new Magic Membrane Pro Technology, it absorbs up to 10 tampons of liquid and is only 1 mm thicker than regular underwear.
How do I create my ooia period set?
Your menstruation is unique. Therefore, your ideal set of ooias is also unique.
How many ooias you need depends on many factors: the strength of your flow, the duration of your period, whether you want to use ooia alone or in combination with other hygiene products, and how often you want to wash them.
To cover your entire period, most women* will need five to six ooias.
The logic behind this is: one ooia for the day and one for the night – after two days, you wash them, and while the first four ooia pants are drying, you put on the two you haven't used yet. Then it starts all over again.
Basically, depending on the model, an ooia has an absorption capacity of 1-10 tampons/5-50ml.
If you bleed more on a given day, you can either use more than two per day, or you can wear ooia together with a tampon or a menstrual cup.
You will need fewer ooias if, for example, you live in a household that washes laundry daily. Only you can determine the best number for you.
