2. Do not iron. Simply hang your ooia on the clothesline to dry, and it will soon be ready to wear again.

How many ooia period underwear you use and when you use them depends entirely on your needs – your preferences, your plans, the strength of your flow, and many other factors. Approximately 5 ooia Period Panties are needed to cover an entire period – assuming one is worn at night, one during the day, and used panties are washed after two days.
The ooia period underwear is designed to hold 1-6 tampons or 10-30ml of fluid, depending on the model. How many and when you use ooia period panties depends on your needs - your preferences, your plans, the intensity of your bleeding, and many other factors. There is no one size fits all solution. If your period is light to medium, you can most likely use ooia period underwear without additional period products. If you bleed very heavily, you may want to use additional protection (tampon, cup).
If you treat ooia products well, they will last a long time. Period underwear can be used reliably for a long time with proper care according to the care instructions. If you change and wash them regularly, hygienic use is guaranteed - replacement after a fixed period is not necessary.
