Tampons or menstrual underwear: Which is better for the night?
Basically, you can of course also wear tampons overnight. For many women*, this is a great option, as tampons have high absorbency and can be comfortable when inserted correctly. However, tampons can affect moisture in the vaginal area. It is generally recommended to change tampons every 4-8 hours to avoid drying out the mucous membranes and irritation.
