Your ooia favorite in midnight blue: your low-waist Hipster Allover Lace Strong is made from precious recycled Italian lace.
It holds up to 5 tampons of fluid leak-proof while feeling completely dry. This makes it ideal for your heavy period days. Plus, the Allover Lace Strong hipster is washable, making it reusable. You can wear the period hipster alone or as a back-up to other period products.
Our lace is made from recycled polyamide and spandex. The production is carried out in compliance with certified recycling standards, which, among other things, ensure the traceability of the material. A wonderful side effect: by using recycled materials, the lace is even softer on your skin!
The Hipster Allover Lace Strong is delicate and loves to be handled gently. Be sure to use a laundry net - without putting other garments like bras in the laundry net, because they can damage the lace. Your Hipster Allover Lace Strong will thank you and accompany you for a long time.
ooias are sewn exclusively with fabrics from Europe in sewing factories in Portugal, Lithuania and Croatia, which produce ethically and ecologically fair.

We use silver chloride to inhibit bacteria and odors. The skin compatibility has been confirmed by OEKO-TEX. EU Regulation No. 528/2012: Biocidal active ingredient is silver chloride. No nanoparticles are used.

ooia is made of carefully selected, specialized fabrics manufactured in Europe. The ooia Hipster Allover Lace Strong is certified and tested for harmful substances according to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® [21.0.46579 HOHENSTEIN HTTI]. This means that the ooia Hipster Allover Lace Strong is certified skin-friendly and harmless to health.
In addition,our wool comes from merino sheep that are treated fairly (mulesing free). The polyamide of the outer fabric is made from recycled material.
The raw materials for our materials do not all come from Europe, as this is not even possible for climatic reasons.

Lining: 100% wool (merino wool: mulesing - free)
Middle layer: 80% cotton, 20% polyester
Membrane: 100% polyester base fabric, 100% polyurethane membrane

It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your ooia. Therefore, returns are possible: you just have to return ooia within 90 days (unworn, of course) and pay the postage for the return.

how to care for your ooias
1. Put your ooias in a laundry net together with similarly coloured items and put them in the washing machine at 40°C on an easy-care cycle (color detergent without bleach).
2. Ironing is taboo, just hang your ooia on the clothesline as usual and it will soon be ready for use again

How many and when you use ooia period panties depends entirely on your needs - your preferences, your plans, the intensity of your bleeding, and many other factors. To completely cover one period, you will need about 5 ooia period panties - assuming you wear one at night, one during the day, and wash the used panties after two days.
The ooia period underwear is designed to hold 1-6 tampons or 10-30ml of fluid, depending on the model. How many and when you use ooia period panties depends on your needs - your preferences, your plans, the intensity of your bleeding, and many other factors. There is no one size fits all solution. If your period is light to medium, you can most likely use ooia period underwear without additional period products. If you bleed very heavily, you may want to use additional protection (tampon, cup).
If you treat ooia period underwear well, it will retain its full antibacterial effectiveness for around 2 years . After that, you can of course continue to use it as "normal" underwear - although studies show that underwear is rarely used for longer than two years. But we are happy if ooia is used for longer.
