Shipping and return
Your ooias will be delivered to you within Germany with DHL GoGreen for purchases over 30 euros, or with Deutsche Post GoGreen for purchases under 30 euros. We always ship to Belgium, France, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Switzerland and Spain with Deutsche Post GoGreen.
When ordering 1-2 products, shipping costs 5 euros in Belgium, Germany, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Portugal and Spain and 10 euros in Switzerland, France and Luxembourg. Shipping is free for orders of two products or more (from 26.95€) in all of the above countries.
In addition, depending on the value of the goods, customs fees may be charged for delivery to Switzerland. There are no customs fees for orders up to a total value (including shipping costs) of the equivalent of 62.5 CHF.
For packages with a higher value of goods, both Swiss VAT (7.7%) and a processing fee from the courier service apply. The exact value of the customs fees is determined by Swiss customs and we are unfortunately unable to provide any more precise information here.
All deliveries can be tracked using a tracking number, which you will receive in your shipping confirmation.
Shipping to other countries is not possible at the moment - but we are working on it!
It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your ooia. Returns are therefore of course possible: you only have to return ooia within 90 days (unworn, of course) and pay the postage for the return.
Please log in to our returns portal at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions to register your return. As soon as the goods have been checked for integrity in the warehouse, your money will be credited to you (within 7-10 working days of receipt by our logistics company). Please note that ooia cannot be returned if it has already been worn or washed.
An exchange is also no problem. Here (just like with a return) you pay the costs for the return and we cover the shipping costs for the re-sending of your ooia. Please log in to our returns portal at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions to register your exchange. In the portal you also specify which ooia you would like to have as an exchange.
