Shipping and Returns
For orders under €90, shipping costs €5 to Belgium, Germany, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, and Spain, and €10 to Switzerland, France, and Luxembourg. Shipping is free for orders over €90 in all the countries mentioned above. Promotions are excluded.
Additionally, depending on the value of the goods, customs duties may apply for deliveries to Switzerland. No customs duties are incurred for a total value (including shipping costs) of up to CHF 62.5.
For packages with a higher value, both Swiss VAT (8.1%) and a processing fee from the courier service will be charged. The exact amount of customs duties is determined by Swiss Customs, and unfortunately, we cannot provide more precise information here. Please note that the total value of your order is based on the commercial invoice and therefore the original price of your products.
All deliveries are trackable via a tracking number, which you will receive in your shipping confirmation.
Shipping to other countries is currently not possible - but we are working on it!
It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your ooia product. Therefore, returns are of course possible: You only have to return your ooia product within 90 days (of course unworn) and cover the postage costs yourself. To do this, please log in to our returns portal here and follow the instructions to register your return.
For our customers from Germany, it is possible to create a DHL label yourself after registering the return - click on the button "Create your return label" and you will be forwarded to DHL.
As soon as the goods have been checked for integrity in the warehouse, your money will be credited to you (within 7-10 working days after receipt by our logistics provider). Please note that ooia cannot be returned if it has already been worn or washed.
An exchange is also not a problem. Here you (just like with returns) bear the costs for the return shipment and we cover the shipping costs for the new shipment of your ooia. Please log in to our returns portal at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions to register your exchange. In the portal, you also specify which ooia you would like to exchange for.
