Your ooias will be delivered to you within Germany with DHL GoGreen for a purchase value of over 30 euros, below that with the German Post GoGreen. To Belgium, France, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Switzerland and Spain we always ship with the German Post GoGreen.  For an order of 1-2 products the shipping costs 5 Euro in Belgium, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal and Spain and 10 Euro in Switzerland, France and Luxembourg. Shipping is free for orders of three products or more (from €26.95) in all of the above countries. In addition, depending on the value of goods, customs duties may apply for delivery to Switzerland. Up to a total value (including shipping costs) of the equivalent of 62.5 CHF, there are no customs fees. For packages with a higher value of goods, both a Swiss VAT (7.7%) and a handling fee from the courier service will apply. The exact value of the customs fees is determined by the Swiss customs and unfortunately we cannot give more detailed information here. All shipments are trackable via a tracking number, which you will receive in your shipping confirmation. Shipping to other countries is not possible at the moment - but we are working on it! 

We are very concerned that you are completely satisfied with your ooia. Returns are therefore of course possible: You only have to return ooia within 90 days (of course unworn) and pay the postage for the return. 

Please log in to our returns portal at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions. Once the goods have been checked in the warehouse to ensure they are intact, your money will be credited to you (within 3-7 business days of receipt by our logistics provider). Please note that ooia cannot be returned if it has already been worn.

An exchange is also not a problem. Here you bear (just like with the return) the costs for the return and we take over the shipping costs of resending your ooia.  Please log into our returns portal at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions. In the portal, you will also specify which ooia you would like as an exchange.
